I’m ashamed that I am just now getting around to writing this review. Shame on me! My wife and I have been using Battlefield Automotive since their inception. Scott has honestly become like trusted family to us. They are not out to make an extra buck, but instead precisely diagnose what’s wrong with your car and fix it that’s it. Scott and his team have always gone above and beyond for us.nnWe routinely get our cars serviced at Battlefield Automotive. When my wife gets her car serviced she just drops her car off and Scott will take her across the street to her place of work. Then he will go back and pick her up when she gets off. Now granted she is right across the street and he may not want me to advertise this for him, but it’s a very kind gesture that he doesn’t have to make. So thank you, Scott.nnRecently, we have been in the process of looking for a new truck. We refuse to buy a truck from anyone before Scott and team look at it to ensure it’s safe and reliable. He never hesitates when we tell him we have another truck for him to check out. It’s always bring it on by and we will take a look. Putting it on a lift and checking the undercarriage, running quick diagnostics, looking at the structure, and anything else we ask him to check. Again, he doesn’t ever have to do this for us, but he does. One day he’s going to start charging us and I can’t say I blame him.nnI wish I knew all of his team members names, but unfortunately I can’t remember. They are all phenomenal though. Alicia has been added to the team as well and she is fantastic. Every time I call it’s like talking to an old friend. All these people care about taking care of the customer like they would their own family.nnWe will never use another mechanic as long as Battlefield Automotive is in business. It’s hard to find a trusted mechanic who really cares and isn’t out to nickel and dime you. Scott and the team at battlefield automotive always treat me well and fairly. I’ve never had an issue with them. I’ve used them multiple times. They maintain good and honest communication and prices. I highly recommend them.

Everything went well. Didn't get my truck in the time they said it was gonna be ready because of a part they ordered but overall went well. Would have been nice if they gave me like a complimentary oil change or something small for the the extra days I didn't have my truck. Nonetheless they do tremendous great work. Highly recommend the place.

I came to Battlefield Automotive after being recommended by a couple of neighbors. I had been dealing with a sub-par mechanic who was not professional, did not keep me informed, was not timely, and whose repairs were questionable. Battlefield Automotive is a shop that I know I can trust and I will keep going back. They are highly professional, competent in their repairs, and fair in their prices. They stand behind their work, and do their best to keep you informed about your vehicle. I am so thankful to have found a quality mechanic shop. Thank you Battlefield Automotive!

These folks were fantastic! I needed to have my car inspected and they had me in and out in no time flat! They were all extremely professional and informative. I would recommend this business who wants honesty and professionalism.
