After Ford told me they couldn't find my problem yet somehow still felt that they could fix it for $3,200...I took my car to Jon Davis, he researched the issue, found the solution and the replacement part which was $8.. That was 4 years ago and I have never gone anywhere since. Honest, trustworthy are words that come to mind when I think of my auto mechanic!

As a military transplant, it's hard to find places to trust in the area. John and his son have gone above and beyond in diagnosing problems + fixing them. They are always honest and get the job done. Thank you!

These guys were on time, they did what they said they would do, didn't cut corners with parts - and even did a follow-up check-in to make sure things were as intended. Stuck with the project through the end. On top of all that, the shop is clean and i got a free cup of coffee. I highly recommend this shop and its superior service standards. FAIR PRICE TOO!

We were trailering our boat out of town ahead of Hurricane Dorian and we discovered we had bad wheel bearings. We spent an hour and a half trying to find someone to help us replace them so we could make it back home. We showed up 15 minutes before they closed expecting them to turn us away as many others had, but John and Bobby stayed late to help us and made sure we made it home okay. We are so thankful for them and highly recommend Swansboro Auto and Mechanical to anyone who is looking to support a business that cares about their customers.

Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair business. I was treated with the most kindness by Mr. Davis as he walked me through what the issue was with my car and told me what needed to be fixed in a way that was helpful and uncondescending. You can tell he is a man of good character. I felt well taken care of and was more than happy with the repairs and the price. I would absolutely recommend this business to everyone!
