I recently had the unfortunate experience of their service.....or lack of. Truck needed front brake pads, I and my wife had examined rotors, still smooth, so my wife called around for quotes due to how busy I am at work. They gave her the cheapest quote, so she took up there. Hours later they call her and say the brake line had “burst” while bleeding lines and new price for repairs would be 200 more than original price given. She called me at work and told me, so obviously I called. I was told my brake lines were so rusted and needed to be replaced. My first question was if my lines were that bad why was I or my wife not called before they started to work on my vehicle. I was given a excuse, if you can call it that, that my wife told them she was a mechanic and told them rest of brake system was in good working order. I was right next to my wife when she called, and she never said any such thing. So I figured they got me, alright now just get it fixed and move on with my life. So I asked if the new quote would completely be it, no more “hidden” or “surprise” pricing. I was then told no, that was just a estimate and it could go higher. That’s when I said stop, paid what had been done to get my vehicle out of there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! After all of this I found out they’re not even certified, they will rip you off. Definitely one of those places that give you a cheap price to get your vehicle and then hit you with additional repairs that are needed.

horrible place to rent a truck. I dropped a uhaul off with more fuel than it had. Received my invoice and was charged 25 dolllars for fuel. Would never rent a truck. So I CERTAINLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE

They have helped me a lot with vehicle repairs. Sometimes takes alittle longer than expected for work to get done but seems to have a lot of work for a small operation . The owner is very straight forward and won’t beat around the bushes. Always pleased with the quality and fair pricing will continue to be a customer.

My husband and I take our vehicles to Peterson's for all our vehicle needs. He is very fair with his prices and always does a great job. My son just recently brought his truck in for a transmission. I highly recommend Petersons.
