This was a great car buying experience. We saw a jeep on the website that we like and was able to set up a test drive and everything right on the website. When we arrived the jeep was not available but Caitlyn and the manager (unsure of his name) did everything they could to find us a vehicle that was in our price range that we would like. We could have test drive everything on the lot until we found what we wanted. It was a painless purchase and would highly recommend anyone to go there. The staff is very friendly and it not the whole pushy salesman thing they are laid back very nice and very great people. We ended up with a 2016 jeep Cherokee and we absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend this as the next stop for any vehicle!!!!!!!

I went online found the vehicle that I liked. I was immediately contacted by the dealership. I made an appointment. Walked in met with a very knowledgeable salesman - Jasper. The vehicle I was looking at was not the type of vehicle I needed. He got me the vehicle I needed at a wonderful price made sure it was serviced and I was on my way in record time. Best dealership in Rocky Mount. I know because I went to others and I was met by no one. I went through their entire lot and no one asked me if they could help. I went on line - their prices were ridiculous. Rocky Mount Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is affordable and fair.

Great experience with Rocky Mount Dodge. Saw a truck on the website and actually purchased truck without leaving my home. Pictures and videos of truck were sent to me and then arrangements were made to bring truck to my home for test drive and my approval to purchase. Jasper Whitaker, Jon and Brad Dawson were great to work with. I am very pleased with truck.
