We went to Marion KFC on Sunday evening; lots of locals but, since it is just off I-40, there were plenty of people traveling who stopped. Food was genuine KFC, good. They need a better sign to mark entrance. Place was busy.
I ordered a five dollar pot pie at the drivethrough. It was perfect! While I was enjoying it, I got a phone call from a friend. We talked at length. I did not realize my lights were on and I ran my battery down! I called the store and a very sweet girl and her friend who worked at KFC quickly jumped off my battery! I only had three dollars fir them. I wish I had been carrying more cash!! These good employees have made a faithful customer out of me!!
We went through the Marion KFC drive-thru this afternoon. I requested extra crispy chicken and as usual, they were out, so I opted for original. They had me pull up. They said it would be 10 minutes. As I watched at least 7 or 8 other people leaving with their food, I began seething. Why was everyone but me getting their food? I don’t think I ordered anything out of the ordinary. All they sell is chicken. After 25 minutes I finally marched myself into the restaurant. After some choice words and me requesting my money back, my chicken appeared. I love KFC but after today I am on a non-kFC diet. I do not recommend this restaurant!

52 minutes waiting on a drivethru order after I paid for it. Definitely needs some leadership.
