Pretty good overall but ABSURD fee to simply process a loan payment over the phone via a debit card. $10 just for someone to do the EXACT thing as if I showed up at a branch is ridiculous. I will pay it off and move on.
I'm glad you guys refinanced my car a few years back but when my ex spouse became unemployed you guys were not understanding at all. I was literally the only person bringing income into my household so I fell behind and when I came in to cash a $40 check so I would have gas for the week, you refused to cash it until my car payment was up to date. I still don't know why I still show having an account with a balance after my bankruptcy either.
I have had great service at the Neenah location. April really helped me out in a pinch with VISA gift cards. I have bank accounts elsewhere but when I really need banking services the credit union is where I go.
I've had an account with them for about 10 years now and have always been satisfied with my experiences here.
i have savings account at captail credit union all the ladies are great nice friendy poeple always treat you with a smile and welcome you by your name and with a crdit union you are like family. thats why i love my crdit union and just crdit union its the poeple why i come to captail credit union like patty and all the girls there
