“No stone left unturned”. Jeff was prompt, professional, and thorough. We are brand new RV owners and wanted a professional third-party inspection. He spent hours covering every inch prior to our purchase. He uncovered small things that were easy fixes but down the road could’ve cost tens of thousands of dollars not to mention the inconvenience of something happening on the road. I would absolutely recommend him

Another leaky toilet!!! These gentlemen to great care of us. Personable and professional with same day service and a smile. We hardly missed a beat. Hope we dont need them again but if we do we would certainly go back to this company. Thank you so much

These guys are authentic. If you're looking for a nest of corporate weasels, this place is not for you. At Appalachian RV, they're the real deal. That team has been together for years and it shows. The new furnace board I had installed had a propane fitting that was loose and Dean methodically went through every possibility and found the culprit within a half hour. It took longer to go to town and get a line cap than it did to do the work - obviously they didn't charge me for that time. They were so fair it was almost painful. So everybody's got to take their business there because they're not making profit on the back of the customer. They're out to do good work and have a good name. I absolutely reccommend this place. Top Shelf Work!

Fast, friendly & more than fair. Fantastic service. I called an hour away on a drive day with our Class A Winnebago having a mysterious electrical issue for two weeks (couldn't schedule mobile service anywhere in MD, VA or eastern NC, but I digress). They welcomed me in and dove right into diagnosing the problem....which as you may know with RV electrical is NOT an easy task. They just didn't quit until solving it for us and getting us back on the road to TN. It ended up being a seperate converter and couple fuses hidden through an access panel, behind a slide-out, under the refrigerator. Who knew! And they had the replacement part I needed. What a great stop. Then they even took care of working with my extended warranty insurance company. Just paid my deductible. Highly recommend the Appalachian RV Repair Team.
