I had some automatic bills that were being taken out and a credit card payment that I needed to make. These days are very hard so my account has been very low. I received my bonus check and was going to deposit it through the app. I called and spoke to one of the managers at the Oshkosh branch on Monday at 4pm. He told me that my check wld post by the next day which it did not. Still hasn’t posted and now it’s Wednesday. My account is now overdrawn and bills past due. If only he wld not have told me it was going to post the next business day, I wld have come down to bring the paper copy to the bank and have it deposited. This is a payroll check not personal. When I called on Monday that was my only 4pm day and now every other day I work 9-5 and the bank is closed after 5pm. I am very unhappy with the false information I was given. I will make a choice to leave this bank ASAP. It may take me a full year to pay off my credit card and change banks but Mark my words, I will be leaving this bank. They are terrible!

Needs another location or ATM on the north side of Oshkosh. Ever since they closed their north branch it’s been an extra trip I don’t like making every week. Thinking of switching banks. As far as this branch’s service, I’ve never had any problems (but not as nice as other locations)

The branch manager at Oshkosh is nice enough, but some other staff treated me badly. I understand that everyone is under stress at this unprecedented time but one staff member put me at a office phone on the general line to solve my problem without even listening to what I wanted to do to solve my problem. Poor customer service is why I closed my account. Again, it isn't everyone but one bad apple can spoil a consumers experience.

The branch manager is always there when I have a questions or concerns.nnThe only downside is being that I have no vehicle, it's hard for me to get there when I NEED too.
