They can't seem to make a sandwich right, not sure if they can't read the order or if they just don't care, will not be ordering food from here anymore due to the countless times my sandwich is missing ingredients that i have paid extra for. They get 2 stars because the food is still good even though the employees can't read or pay attention to what they are doing
Impossible to get a bad sub at this place. If you are hungry and can find a firehouse sub shop, you've won the battle. These people know how to make a sub. It's like eating at your friends house and you walk around bragging about what a great meal
I loved it. I've had Firehouse twice now and both times the staff was amazing and attentive and the food was good. I got a medium sub with chips and a drink and I was full until dinnertime. this place is loads better than subway. subway could NEVER.
Great staff, came in around 6:30 PM on a Sunday and the place was packed. I placed my order and as I waited about 10 more people came in. From the time it took to take my order and hand it to me was less than 10mins. They were fast, polite, and accommodating.
Placed order to be picked up 715...ordered 600pm...1 HR 15 min...nWasn't ready, and was to be a cold. No deli mustard. Skimpy on salad fixins. Even ran out of sweet tea. Helluva way to run a railroad.nor fire house.nnMy suggestion... If you can't provide what's advertised. Take it off the the menu.
