This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. Hot, delicious, fresh food. You can tell the food is made with love, and fresh. Nothing canned or processed. Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is kind of small, and it fills up quickly around dinner time so get there early or make reservations. The Alfredo is my favorite, and the spinach artichoke dip. Soooooooo good.

The traditional Italian Italian fare that we have come to expect in restaurants in America is found here. La Rosa has a simple, clean family feel and pricing. Staff wears masks and has spaced out the tables for plenty of safety. The food was very good.
The food is always good. Plenty of time to relax and enjoy between courses. Wines and liquor are very good. Desserts are great. Service is relaxed and pleasent.
This is our go to place in New Bern. Owner is involved in every aspect of business including bringing meals to table. Decor is nothing fantastic BUT restaurant is spotless. Last week when we dined there Health Dept. rating was perfect 100. Food here is cooked to order thus if very busy you may have to wait a bit. Relax and enjoy the wait, it’s worth it. Wear your mask when you enter and you will see staff wearing masks to protect us during these unusual times.
