Person who work with me didn't know what he was doing one minute and didn't know what he's doing the next couldn't operate a simple computer and I feel that my taxes were done incorrectly. Now I have to wait next year see if he did it right or not had both state and federal approved got it on that stupid credit card should have gotten the loan but I didn't get enough back to get it go figure. Too expensive should have got them myself but I haven't done my taxes in a few years and I didn't want to screw up oh well live and learn.

The price is extremely high. Like ridiculous. I should have not agreed. Agent that helped me was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Unfortunately because of the price, I would never go back.
