Great group of people. They handled both my Workers Compensation and my Disability. I was injured on the job and the Whitley Law Firm made sure I was made whole. They handled my Disability claim very efficiently and I was very satisfied with their efforts. Again, GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE!!!

I was absolutely afraid to file for disability because I had heard how hard it is. I had been suffering for almost 3 years with back and leg problems. Even though I’ve had three surgeries I am still suffering with that. Whitney‘s law firm took care of that in fine fashion very professional and I would recommend anyone to contact them if they need help for filing for disability.It was fast and reliable.

My husband was in a terrible car accident. It was a miracle he survived. After 5 days in the hospital we contacted Mr. Whitley to handle everything for us. Mr. Whitley came to our home, due to my husband being immobile, and got all of our information. He explained in great detail what would happen, the time frames, everything that he would take care of us so we wouldn’t have to worry about anything other than my husbands recovery. Mr. Whitley is just about the nicest man that we’ve ever met! Even when we felt frustrated, he reassured us at every turn. Mrs. Carol is an angel as well. We were very grateful for the Whitley Law Firm and the professional and courteous way that handled everything for us! Thank you from the Smith’s!

This company is a JOKE. I filed for disability as I am young and have many many health ailments that make it impossible for me to work. Even when I had a cushy work from home job. Anyways the guy that took my case on assured me many many times that we would win. And if we didn't he would not give up. First off he was late to my hearing to I sat there for a solid 20 minutes unsure of what to even do. Then when he got there he wouldn't let my husband come into the room to talk about how this even worked, then the second it was denied he dropped my case and basically said good luck. I refuse to file an appeal. I would NOT reccomend them. I am super disapointed with the whole process and how un professional he was dressed as well as acted. He also filed my papers wrong as well and put the onset of symptoms WRONG. Even though I gave him all the correct info. He ruined it for me by saying I was sick since birth which is false. So they denied me and I struggle now cause he just dropped me like its hot.

I want to thank, Mr. Clark and Michelle with the Whitley Law Firm, you'll have really helped me to understand the process reference to the Social Security Disability. You'll were always kind and understanding to me, very professional as well. I'm so happy that God directed you'll to me. I would definitely recommend Whitley Law Firm, to anyone that may need you.
