I have been going to Fox Tax for the last 5 years. They always make sure I get the highest refund by having a conversation with me, asking questions and paying attention to detail. They even go out of their way to find out what other ways I can get a bigger refund (e.g. Homestead). Everyone there is nice, friendly and patient. Highly recommended.

After going to them for the last three years, I will not be returning. They did not correctly claim my children on my taxes when it was dually noted, as well as spelling my name incorrectly after having had my information for three years. The professionalism and lack of care after the errors were made was very discouraging as well.
