It's a great place to work out. The owner is a fitness expert with a vast knowledge in physical, mental, and spiritual accomplishments. A great place for every age and race! William Ingram, the owner and operator, is a wonderful person.

I have had William Ingram, the owner as a trainer off and on for a very long time. His gym is clean, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend.

William is a good Christian man and that goes into his gym. He’s also a knowledgeable trainer and has a nice clean gym with a good atmosphere. I’ve enjoyed training there.
