Have a family pass to try out fitness center. Very nice, inside and out pool, sauna and steam room. Good equipment. Shower room clean and towels available. Talk to staff about membership details.

Great staff, very knowledgeable about how to correctly use the equipment and safely exercise. Wide variety of types of exercise equipment and classes . The aqua programs are so good.

It's a great facility with great programs & prices but my main focus was basketball & their basketball court was beaten up with great need of repairs. It only has 2 hoops vs the Y's 6 hoops. They were superior to the Y @ almost everything else, especially the indoor pool but the bball cout did not impress me. I also didn't want to have to sign a contract. I'll be staying with the Y (because their b-ball courts are better).

I was hoping to work out today, 12/31/17, but I was highly disappointed that Courts Plus New Bern is Closed today! No signs on the doors, no answering machine or voice mail message telling you that they're closed New Year's Eve or even if or when they're planning on opening New Year's day. Very unprofessional. I would also like to see them have longer hours for night shift workers. I like the people who work there, and the pool is great, though I wish they'd convert it to salt water. Sauna is tiny and you're unable to hear the timer cut off from inside. Steam room is okay, if you're into that. Cardio/weight machine room is pretty tightly packed. Senergy class is fun and easy to get the hang of, and the instructors are nice.

Large facility with two pools one indoor for laps and one outdoor for relaxing, classes are great, equipment is nice and kept clean. Great gym for the price.
