This gym is excellence. It has truly upgraded not just the surrounding area, but the community even beyond New Bern. These are the kinds of businesses that make towns not just welcoming, but successful, appealing, and stable. I am a member and can’t imagine not having Titan Up around. This gym provides so much more than equipment. It gives families a place for every person to reach their goals, build values, and live healthy lives. It gives our military a secondary place to call home, where goals required to be met can be done in a rejuvenating atmosphere. It gives everyone, new to fitness and pro, the set up needed to be successful. Every person I have met has been helpful, down to earth, kind, and encouraging. The gym is clean and clearly a priority to the owners and a source of pride to the members. People look out for one another here, and food values are restored. This gym goes beyond itself as well. They are huge promoters of local business, which just helps make New Bern the great town it is. If you’re not sure if it’s great or not... just pop in. Best gym in New Bern! The atmosphere is inviting, and the owners have a genuine care for every individual that comes in through the doors. This isn’t just a place for training but a place that fosters physical and mental growth. Titan Up takes member feedback to make the space more versatile and unique as they continue to display a hard-working attitude and mentality that brings the fitness community together. Whether you have been doing this for a long time or not long at all, you can find a gym that is personal and less commercialized than other gyms to meet individual needs. John and Michelle are truly the faces of love, strength and selfless drive within the community of New Bern.

I've never been a member of any other gym before this one, however can't say enough great things about it! John & Michele are very welcoming and know us by name. Unique equipment, friendly people, and the owners are constantly making improvements to the equipment and space. They encourage suggestions, and are open 24/7 so workout when it's best for you! Happy to be a member here!

This gym is not like no other gym. They understand and accepts everyone for who they are. They encourage you to be a better person every single day. The owners are amazing people who has an amazing staff as well. The location is great I don’t see why the location is a problem. The gym is out of the way from traffic and it has enough parking space for the owners and the gym members that come threw out the day. Overall this gym is wonderful and the location is just outstanding.

The owners have put so much of themselves into creating the best gym environment I have ever been involved with. The location is perfect, the 24 hour access only by key code is a great plus. The equipment is amazing and there is plenty of it to go around. I would not think of training anywhere else. Titan is a true judgment free gym. People of all sizes and levels come here. I truly feel safe and at home when I am there.
