Staff is generally friendly but what I really love about this club is that it is squeaky clean. I've never been in a PF that is so clean. I love how many hand sanitizer stations are set up and the mandatory mask enforcement. I feel very comfortable being here even during the pandemic.
I had fun there. I wanna go again soon. I really enjoyed my workout and I got my abs pumped. ud83dude01Definitely going again!!
Friendly staff, no judgement as I'm not very fit, staff is always friendly and informational when I have questions about specific exercises, how I should eat and maintain myself and my diet, and what would work best for me given my larger stature. I've been to the other gyms in New Bern, but I've never been shown such support or kindness from other members or staff, and nobody is going to beat the price. Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey, or if you're a seasoned lifter or endurance enthusiast, Planet Fitness can be a perfect fit for you. Relaxed environment, and perfect for my needs.
It's the Walmart of gyms. They have more rules than the rest gyms in Craven County. I'm very happy with all the gyms in Craven, being member of all of them along the years. To top their unprofessional treatment, I had to cancel my membership using my bank to stop their withdrawals and still they continued using my card for payments. Now the bank is disputing the unauthorized withdrawals. The staff is good, the manager is mean and so the other one before.
