The salesperson will say what you want to hear to get you in a membership. They do not actually care for the customers, in fact probably more fake than a used car salesman. Not to mention you gotta go through hoops to cancel your membership cant just walk in and do it like every other gym in the us. Like really? Only pro is the equipment that's absolutely it.
This is a fantastic place! The staff is very friendly, and helpful! Fellow gym members are also friendly as well as encouraging towards one other. Personal Trainer Andi is phenomenal and gives her clients sound and experienced training!nI have never been a “gym” person; however; I have never felt more comfortable at New Bern’s TruFit Gym.nnThey are also a SilverSneakers gym!
Great spin class today. Great music and motivation from the instructor. She pushed you to keep going when you're ready to give up. However, reaffirmed if you need the break to take it.
Became a member of TruFit last fall to gain strength back after having surgery. I signed up for personal training and have had a wonderful experience. Aquila is very knowledgeable and can adapt my exercises to accommodate my doctor's instructions. I am very pleased with her guidance and encouragement. Highly recommend!
Great place great people and great staff. It would be a 5 star rating, but they lack a decline bench.
