I recently had a generator installed (NOT BY RAY BROWN ELECTRIC) that was installed by a subcontractor, and with such gross negligence that Duke Electric had to pull my electrical meter and disconnect my electricity until the meter can be repaired.nnSomeone recommended Ray Brown, and I couldn’t be happier that I did! His company had two employees almost immediately at my house. They contacted Duke, the inspector, pulled permits and rectified the situation enough that I could have my electrical service turned back on within 3.5 hours!!!nnThe two men that came to my house were professional, responsive, and had more than proven that they had the technical expertise to undertake the emergency situation that I found myself in.nnI truly appreciate that Ray Brown’s company took on an emergency situation, and was able to make a devastating situation, just a little bit better. I wish I had called them to install the generator to begin with! I cannot recommend this company enough!!!!

After reading these wonderful reviews - I gave Brown’s a call this morning, Sept 8th - and they told me their next available appt is Oct 1st! And said “....after Florence we’ve been busy...”. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, but — how long are we gonna keep blaming Florence for stuff?? That event was now 2 years ago. I know electricians stay busy but wow, that’s quite a backlog. I called another Company who will have someone at the house today.

Two personnel showed up, asked to see the task and got to work. No BSing around. They cleaned up after the work and politely asked if there was anything else I needed them to do. Great company that restored my faith in ENC contractors.

These guys do a great job and it's easy to schedule them due to their excellent office staff. Not only did they resolve some electrical issues in our 100+ year old house (as well as wiring up a much newer shed), they also came up with some great suggestions and gave me some much-appreciated information. Highly recommended!
