Twin Lakes RV & Camping Resort

Beautiful lakes, ponds & river to walk around or just sit & relax. A lot of people fishing. Sites are big enough for our 45 ft. motorhome. Everyone we met were friendly & always spoke. The people at the check-in & store were friendly polite & helpful. We will definitely stay again if we are going to be in this area.

This was our first campground ever in our first travel trailer ever. Overall, we greatly enjoyed the campground. Campground was easy to find. Campsite was easy to find. Pull thru site, which we greatly appreciated for our first time. Full hook ups. The site was pretty level, we only had to make small adjustments. Sites were shaded. Campground has a pool, game room, dog park, playground, and boat launch. We didn't use anything of these, so I can't comment on how well maintained they were. Campground isn't far from a couple of small towns, so easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. If we're in the area again, we definitely stay here again.

We originally booked a full hook up site, but found out 2 weeks before our trip that we only had water and electric. We did receive a refund for the difference. My advice would be to call the actual campground and not book online, as at the time of booking we did not realize this was Labor Day weekend, so the campground was full. Overall the campground is very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did have some issues with power on the spot we where on, but the on call maintenance staff responded fast and we ended up moving to another spot. Only one of the two pools was open due to storm damage. There is no dump station on the camp if your not on a full hook-up, but they provide a trailered dump cart that will come and empty your tanks on request. This in my opinion is better than hooking up and having to move to the dump station. There are 3 large ponds, and boat access to the canal system. It is free to dock your boat for your stay. The fishing in the ponds was very good. The camp store has limited supplies, but there is a Walmart 3 miles away. The small local town has some good eateries. If you like to do boat tours, I highly recommend ExploreIBX with Captain Scott.

Love the camp ground this was the only vacation away from home me and my family had this year . Im in law enforcement and my wife does covid testing. The only complaint i have and will seriously determine if we ever go back is if the do something about there security officer . There is two of them . The female is great she does her job but very respectful. The male on the other hand needs to be fired he screams at children and cruses and very smart mouthy at the adults. Beware of this when you camp here because everyone that i came in contact camping there has issues with him. People good on vacation to have a good time not to put up with a lunatic.

Very nice RV park with big lots. We stayed in the duplex. Very nice interior with a covered porch, picnic table and fire ring. The staff is friendly and the park is excellent!
