Whippoorwill Campground

I have been going to Whippoorwill for years, whether it was for the organized trail rides, barn parties, horse shows or individual trail rides. Staff is easy to work with, always helpful and always willing to accommodate. They spend a lot of time keeping the arena and trails well kept.

Had the best time ! Took my son with me, he was so excited. Beautiful trials and horses! Guide was very nice and kept us on track. We got to ride through a pond. This was my son's favorite part. Would totally go again! Recommend anyone looking for a relaxing good time to go here.

The place is very nice, however, the owners are some of the most rude people I have ever met. Never been there before and the first thing they want to yell about is, “you better pay. The box is for money, not to just look at!” Not something you say to people who are supporting your business. The campers themselves are great people. The owners are terrible and honestly I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing little slice of heaven just outside the city limits! Camping, horseback riding, and more. We took a Cub Scout pack here and they enjoyed!
