IHOP

Update: I was there today and it was back to the old way. Took almost an hour to get a simple breakfast and then we had to send someone to find our waitress so we could get our bill. Might be awhile before we eat there again.nnThey are under NEW Management and what a difference. Great service, great food and served really QUICK. No long waits anymore. Thank you for stepping it up.

YOU WILL WAIT HERE.nI have been to several IHOP restaurants and the food has always been good. This location however seems to have a kitchen issue. It always takes an abnormal amount of time to get food out. Our last visit took 1hr and 45 minutes after we put our order in before we saw anything and it did not come out all at once. I was nearly done with my food before I saw my pancakes. What's worse is we saw people come in, sit down, order and get their food after we put our order in and before we got anything... That was unacceptable. Our waitress was very attentive and apologized for the delay and expressed frustration with the kitchen. I don't blame her. But something needs to be done about the kitchen.

Not going back, anytime soon. I can get that kind of service and extra darkened food at home when I cook.

I go here sometimes with my husband. They're always very kind and helpful. The food is great and wait times are shorter than you'd expect. A great place to enjoy time with friends and family.

Absolutely my worst dining experience ever. After waiting outside for about 10 minutes we get in and get seated only they have to wait an hour for our food. When the food finally got to us my order was greasy my wife had crepes that were somehow made greasy and not cooked completely through. I ordered thenbreakfast sampler with ham bacon and sausage and all three were greasy including the bacon that was supposed to be crispy. No we were never offered a refill on coffee or tea. After telling the waitress about my wife crepes, she said she would speak and get them to take it off the order 15 minutes later she still hadn't returned and I won't either .
