I just left this McDonald’s on my way back to Raleigh. I purchased a sausage and cheese biscuit for my daughter. Went and made a stop and when we were about to get on hwy 70 my daughter noticed that she didn’t have cheese on her biscuit. We went back and advised the staff of this. I get to the second window and low and behold they had a single slice of cheese for me. Who wants a cold piece of cheese for a sandwich that is no longer fresh. On a normal basis your sandwich would be remade correctly. What had happened to customer service? Like a previous review stated, check your order prior to leaving the window. Lesson learned

The last three times I have gone here the food was disgusting, soggy & barely warm. After it happening twice, the third time I asked for it to be made fresh. They assured me it would be, it was not. It’s absolutely ridiculous to spend money on a hot quick meal then having to go home and microwave your food.
