Dunkin'

I always find myself at this location at least three times a week to grab coffee and maybe breakfast if I wasn't able to make my own before I left the house. This location has the best management out of all the Dunkin's I have shopped from. No matter if I have an issue that always make sure to make it right, which is the reason why I keep coming back! The staff is friendly and though a lot of the times it is a busy place to grab coffee from, it is well worth the wait. Thank you for treating me the way customers should be treated no matter what the issue is at hand. I definitely recommend this place!

The new manager has really improved this place. I don't know her name but she is usually there in the morning and she is phenomenal. She has SAVED this spot and it's my new favorite DD.

Excellent service, the three ladies were amazing and kind. Coffee was perfect, we got the caramel craze. Highly recommend!

Just about everytime I try going there they don't have certain donuts and other products. How can this be your main product you sell and constantly say I don't have your donut. I wanted the avocado toast and she states they don't have the bread and they never seem to care what they don't have. I had not been there in a while because of this and decided to try but yet again don't have what I am asking for. Won't be coming to this location again.

Usually always good, and consistent. Shorter wait than the Neuse blvd. location since they offer curbside pickup. But today I go to placed my order in the app. Pulled in and clicked “I’m here”. It wouldn’t work. Wasted like 3 minutes trying to reset the app and try again and again. But then I see the tiny sign on the door that says drive through only ud83dude2d. Meanwhile, 3-4 more cars have gotten in line. Ugh. Not cool. My suggestion is have a way for the manager to turn off the curbside option before ordering, or graying out the selection when they aren’t offering it. Unless they are short staffed, I cannot fathom a reason to not have curbside. Probably the typical covid excuse. Instead, I waited 15+ minutes.
