I don’t typically write a review for a restraunt unless they really stuck out to me and boy is this place awesome! First time here today and everything was amazing. My waitress Anna W made me feel so welcome and whipped up a good smoothie and kudos to the kitchen for my amazing power bowl the chicken Buddha— Orange sauce was very spicy but it paired well with ranch

I give the Vine kudos for opening a restaurant that offers a variety of options that are not what you normally see in New Bern -- along with familiar items, too!. As someone who has adopted a flexitarian, mostly-plant-based diet, it's an oasis of good food that I can feel good about eating. The menu is large and quite varied. I've been there three times and enjoyed all of them. The meat eaters are NOT left out! My husband got a turkey melt type sandwich, and it was really big and satisfying and delicious.

I didn't realize I could get stuff from here while in half-time. it was really yummy-i had the jackfruit tacos. that was my first time having jackfruit and it was pretty good. the waitress was amazing too and we ate instead half-time.

Both times I have gone, avocado was completely left out of my meal. I went to the front and waited in line for 20 minutes the first time to get a side of avocado. Literally the smallest portion of avocado ever. Expensive food but healthy. The smoothies were terrible but I think it’s because I’m used to the sugary smoothies. Spent about $50 for just my toddler and I. She really enjoyed the Mac n cheese. I love the ambiance of the place and the eating utensils.

Came in Saturday for the first time since the waitstaff change and have to say I love it! Was skeptical at first due to service I’ve gotten from here in the past but the lemon zest chicken was phenomenal. Be sure to ask for Hannah when you go! Such a pleasant and terrific server and young lady.
