Scheduled a ride to the airport two days in advance, driver was on time in a very clean vehicle. Nice smooth ride to the airport. Received text messages that confirmed the scheduled time, another as the driver was on the way, and again when the vehicle arrived. Excellent process will use them again.
I tried to call several times, left a message,and no response. They said they were open, can't understand why a company with such a high rating does not respond. Perhaps they are out of business.
We had Eric as our driver and he was fantastic!! He showed up early and patiently waited as we said our emotional goodbyes. The car looked as good as it does when you get it from the dealership. It was a long ride from New Bern to Raleigh with 3 kids and Eric made it an enjoyable experience for all of us. If you need car service that's above and beyond, these are your people.
Great service... Cody was my driver from Newbern to Wilmington for a last minute trip to catch a flight. He was very courteous and helpful in allowing me to make my connection. I would highly recommend Cody and the A to Z team!
