Extraordinary Service! I needed a battery this morning. I called, they said they had one and could take care of me now. I was just down the street, so I went there and they opened the garage door as I pulled up. Swapped the battery out and I was back to work in under an hour from first call. Friendly, fast service. What more could you ask for?
These guys were very cool to me and helped me out alot. Come here instead of McNabb or whatever they charged me 75 to tow my car 0.4 miles(to this napa) and told me all parts are two weeks out.. these guys got my car in figured out the problem and started on it the very next day! Good ol boys in here wish they were in my home town!
Stan is a great mechanic. We go there for all our vehicle needs.
I Was driving to Fla on I95 when my power steering hose broke. Napa Auto care was the closest repair shop and I could not have possibly hadnbeen luckier than to find this honest and reputable repair shop. They fixed the car in less than an hour and performed other maintenance to ensure I had no other problems. They even washed the steering fluid off the car. And they charged a very reasonable price.nnIf you are lucky enough to live or work near Four Oaks, you could not find any better than shop for your auto needs.
I had my fuel pump replaced on my van less than a year ago, and when I asked about warranty information on the pump he asked if I still had my receipt. It was a hand written receipt. So even though it was under warranty I have to buy a new one. Thanks for all your help.
