I did an online order and it was a simple meat and cheese sandwich. I get home with my online preset and there’s absolutely no cheese and I paid extra for cheese. I called three times and no answer. So I go back up there and one girl asked if I wanted her to put the cheese on it and reheat it and I looked at her crazy and was like no I would like a new sandwich with my cheese and extra cheese that I paid for. The other girl asks if they can just give me the cheese and I do myself at home. I said no that’s what you get paid to do. They were rude and unprofessional and obviously from the first question unsanitary!! Anyone and everyone knows you don’t do anything with food that’s brought back besides throw it away!!! I’m completely mortified by the whole situation after I went back to just simply ask for a new sandwich made correctly. Wasn’t even trying to be mean or a crazy customer but it was about to come out.
Even during the dinner rush they were fast, friendly and most importantly accurate with my order. Definitely will visit again.
Our favorite subway, its always clean and they move fast and are super nice.
This is the best subway around the guys that work there are very professional and are true sandwich artist. I watched the guy change his gloves out whenever he touched something other than food. Thank you so much!
Cleanest Subway I've ever seen. Employees are always pleasant and accurate.
