People cool... The tendants or cashier's and folks. Clean bathrooms, showers and things...but... Get a 2 star cause of parking lot, So it's a truckers rating... Trucks are allowed to park all over the parking lot blocking entrances regularly you gotta hope you can get in and out. You have to turn in the car entrance at times. And you would think it would be checked, but it's been getting worse the past couple years, hardly ever stop there anymore
I'm pretty sure their showers were stolen out of a 70s spaceship. Very cramped and not really the most clean. But will work on a tight jam. Parking is the worst here as well. Be careful you don't get stuck at the fuel island. Lol
Drivers shouldn't have to pay to park. And you can't use the app to reserve a shower today for some reason. Great job NC.
Got blocked in at the fuel island while other's went inside to grab food and to use the bathroom and then on the CAT scale... driver's we're parked wherever they stopped. Had to back off the scale as there were driver's parked at the exit. Blocking all points to drive off of it. I'm giving two stars for management addressing nthe issue at the CAT scale and for the friendliness of checking me out with my purchase.
Reserved a spot, got here at 830pm no reserved and regular spots available.... Management said they moved 3 trucks but I didn't see anyone move... There are 2 dropped trailers in reserved spots and 7 trucks blocking people being able to move around.... Management just stands around talking to employees while I'm out here tired, out of hours to do anything else and she just says well you're going to have to wait again..... I WILL NOT BE BACK, and I will tell everyone I know not to come here....
