Well, as frustrated as i was they did make it a point to pick up the mower tonight because it its supposed to rain tomorrow . I work at home and cant tell you why i never showed a phone call or my dogs didnt bark. But they seem like nice people ..so 5 stars will be when i get my mower back. :)nSo, changed the review to a 5 star. They seemed thoruogh with the service, and brought the mower back ahead of schedule, all at a reasonable price. Definitely a good place to do business with.

My husband had sent me here to pick up some parts he needed. When i got there the 2 girls up front were extremely sweet. The were able to help me with everything i needed. They printed diagrams to guide me. I will 100% go to them every time. They have the best customer service which is hard to find in this day and time. Keep up the amazing work!!

So disappointing and more than frustrating to deal with. It has been almost a month and my mower deck is still not repaired. They are using covid as an excuse for not having a deck spindle ordered. Not a motor, but a simple deck spindle. I understand that these times are trying but, there is NO communication to me. I have had to call twice and once their phone rang busy, so I sent my son up there to talk to them. I give them a two star because some of the delay was on my part by two days. They called about a part number and I wasn't able to get back with them until two days later. Sadly, they had my deck for almost a week before they called to tell me they didn't have the correct model number (even though it was the same number that I gave to them in a photo image!). I am beyond frustrated with them. I will not be using them again in the future.

I bought a new mower from RC's about a year ago and the hour meter recently failed. Figured this would be a simple warranty fix by the dealer. So I called RC's several times and no one would ever pick up the phone or the line was busy. I figured there might be an issue with the phone so I waited a day to try again. A day later still no answer or a busy line. What I assume was an answering machine picked up a couple times but there was an awful loud buzzing sound and I could not understand what was even being said. I repeated this process several days until someone finally answered. A woman that identified herself as the owner's mother answered and collected my information and said that someone would call me back. Several days passed and I was never contacted back. While waiting for a call back I called around to several other dealers to see what the price of the part was so I could move on from this issue. They all answered the first time when I called and suggested the dealer I bought the mower from should get it fixed under warranty, to which I replied, if I could ever get into contact with them that would be my preferred method. I called RC's a couple more times and still no answer. At this point I had given up on RC's and called the manufacturer directly. They also answered the phone the first time and I had a replacement hour meter in 3-4 days. Everyone understands businesses get busy but not answering your phone or not calling customers back is unacceptable. I won't waste my time or my money with RC's in the future. The manufacturer confirmed that you do not have to use the original dealer for warranty service.
