Bought a ford escape from victory circle auto sales. The sales person, Stacey, knew her stuff, answered all my questions, and listened to all my needs. The customer service was outstanding! went and viewed a car it was dirty whom ever had the car must have had a dog hair everywhere when turn on the AC in the car it recked of dog horrible smell put 3500 down thinking it would be clean upon pick up lol it wasn’t anyway took possession of the 2013 Passat because they are good cars and I needed a car badly due to domestic violence issues so I was desperate not even a week after I got the car some noise is coming from the vehicle I’m not sure if it’s safe to even drive they however went half on one of the warranty plans with me so that brought my stress level down a little to date car is still not repaired because can’t even get In contact with Warranty One no one will answer the phone or emails I been calling everyday for weeks horrible do your research before buying if you are desperate like I was just don’t do it save your time and money.
