So we have had MULTIPLE issues regarding this location and the one in Biltmore Village. This location doesn't seem to care if they bring your food correctly, bring all your items, Or doesn't do what they have said they could do. Tonight we were told we could get a partial refund, by the employee bring us our food, because they had forgotten or drink again. I call the store because we had been told the same thing before and the manager stated they can't do partial refunds.nI was offered a partial refund by your employee, why cant I get it then? The manager started acting like a very immature person because he shoots off, WELL sir, we only have 5 people working right now so. Yeah I don't care I ran a full service hotel on 4 people, don't find an excuse to get away with your mistake. Now that you've said this though, I can definitely tell that you must be the one training these new people as they also didn't seem to care. I will be calling corporate to address these issues and to let them know they need a much more mature person running that location as its the smallest one around here.....

The food is great, always fresh, the staff is friendly, patient, the delivery service is prompt, friendly and fast. Their prices are affordable for a family of 5

Excellent experience at this new Jimmy John's location! Staff was super friendly and the sub came out VERY quick and was delicious. The store was also very neat and clean. Will definitely come back to this location!!! I love the vito sub with mayo and hot peppers!

Staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful! Loved our delivery person today. It was raining buckets and he made sure the food did not get wet, was friendly and upbeat. Food was fresh and sooooooo good. We will order again!
