The GM of this store is so kind! Shay is always working hard, and encouraging her employees to do the same! Everytime I go in and order food she always makes it a point to come talk to me and ask me about how life is going, she will quickly run off as soon as a customer comes in to greet them and make sure they get taken care of quickly. She needs a raise! She is a great manager!

I ordered the large meatball sub with jalapenos and it was one of the best subs I've ever had. I'm Italian from Jersey and I know meatball subs. I would definitely order it again. If your thinking about going to an Italian restaurant, forget about it! The sub was on a fresh soft bun with marinara sauce, loaded with meatballs and topped with a large portion of melted mozzarella oozing over the meatballs and the bread. It was delicious and blew me away. The service is always friendly and courteous at the Airport Road location. It's good to see all the employees wearing masks and the employees preparing my sub also had gloves on. It's good to see the other dine in customers we're also wearing masks and practicing social distancing. If you want good quality fast food this is the place. Every time I'm in there I donate a dollar to the hard working men and women firefighters that risk their lives to save ours. These are the brave men and women that help us out of car wrecks and run into fires to save us and our pets.nncustomers

Good food. BUT the manager today kept her mask under her chin the whole time we were in there. She was taking orders, and making food. The other two employees had their masks on correctly and were busy making orders. Thankfully the manager did not make our order. Management need to set the example!
