Dropped my FJ off to have the aftermarket sunroof looked at. Travis was great! He called me about an hour and ½ after they opened to let me know about a recall. He helped me with the information and now I have a claim to have the glass replaced. Quoted a $105.00 service fee when making the appointment, but they didn't charge me a penny!
Travis installed aftermarket seat covers and replaced seat bushings. The initial work was performed as requested and the result was OK. I then decided to alter a couple of bits and spoke to him and one other in the shop several times. I was not contacted to schedule the work nor was I informed as to why. I had to go to another shop.
Very helpful and very customer oriented! I recommend Tops and Trends to all my customers! Top notch quality and customer service that is second to none!!! 10 out of 10!!
