I highly recommend checking this shop out! The owner went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! He agreed to meet with me after hours to pick up a helmet and didn't rush and offered some amazing advice. I'm very pleased with my visit.

Awesome shop with a strong selection of gear, fair prices. Was willing to make me a deal on all new riding gear, costs were right in line with online options. (I had much rather support local businesses if the prices are similar.)

Order an ABUS bicycle lock and needed it to be key matched to an existing key. After I placed my order Lockitt confirmed my Key Code to make sure everything was correct, then they took care of the rest. I received my lock quickly after it was key coded in Germany by Abus, and it is key matched. Will be ordering from Lockitt again. Great Service.

Patrick and Lockitt are the best. I looked locally for Abus locks for my e-bikes. Our local bike stores have a limited selection of Abus locks and almost no product knowledge. I started online looking at Lockitt based on their positive reviews. They have the complete Abus line at competitive prices.nAt Lockitt, I was able to order Abus locks to be keyed alike, meaning one key fits both my Abus locks. After all the money I spent on my Ebikes, along with the knowledge that e-bikes are are high value targets for bike thieves, Abus and Lockitt now have me protected with a high level of security. I would highly recommend.

Lockitt was great! I would def recommend them to anyone looking for any sort of biking gear or anything they sell via the website. My experience with them was outstanding.nnI originally had ordered a helmet through Amazon and unfortunately they expected Lockitt to have it delivered by a certain date during this pandemic. I received an email apologizing from Lockitt and assured them it was alright and understood that Arbus had shut down the plant during this time. They reached back to me and said that they would be receiving a small shipment of items from Arbus but it would take a couple of days. I went ahead and reserved a helmet with Lockitt and couldn't be happier.nnThey were very friendly via email and got back to me right away. This company really does care about their customers. I decided to post a review to support their business. Thank you thank you again. By the way Pat was great! Thank you again for getting back to me emails and keeping me in the loop.
