Great Customer Service & ReputablennWe bought a '10 Ford F-150 in great shape over a year ago from Carsmart owner Brian Jones, and we had an ARE topper installed after we purchased, and we love the combination! Unfortunately, several months after we already had owned the truck, we had a leak on the back of the cab of the truck, which required removing the topper.nnBrian went above and beyond the call of duty, by removing the topper, replacing a dry-rotted gasket around a light on the back of the cab. And he did this with a great attitude, and at no charge!nnAs far as I am concerned, Brian and his company help give the used car industry a much better reputation !! :) If you are looking for a used car and great customer service, look NO further!

Good shopping experience here. The staff was friendly, they let you browse around their vehicles on your own, and were happy to answer questions or hear concerns about a vehicle you're considering. The vehicles were fairly priced, as well. I didn't end up purchasing from this dealer, but they are definitely worth a look.

I bought a Honda Ridgeline from Carsmart Direct and the Truck had issues that Carsmart couldn't have possible foreseen. They went above and beyond to take care of myself and my family while we waited for the vehicle to get fixed. Brian is an amazing guy and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

My husband and I found a vehicle for sale here online. He came from ATL metro to purchase. Car was in good condition as described -matched posted photos -mileage etc. closed the deal. Great customer service, in & out in less than an hour. Drove car back to GA no mechanical issues. Great experience

Not to good of a experience. Walked in the door and didn’t know if the salesman worked there or if he was a customer, he was on his phone sitting down and didn’t say a word to us when we walked in. I had to approach him asking about the vehicle. I wasn’t told that the vehicle I was looking at had issues, (which was many). I leave to test drive it and the gas light is on. Neither salesmen new how to efficiently fill out paper work with my information to test drive the vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend or come back.
