Best experience with RV repair so far! by far!!!nFriendly, professional, and they know what they are doing. Yes, you may wait a bit for them to get to the job - that is the case at every RV repair center. It's worth the wait to get it done right. It's worth the wait to have someone actually listen to what you have to say - they stayed in touch with me as they worked too. One important (leak) repair and a couple smaller ones. Done for less cost, honestly, than I expected and was prepared to pay.nThey are officially my go to - so happy to have someone I can count on now when I have a problem. And, with RVs, there is always something ;)nCan't say enough about how happy I am.
Jimmy was very respectable and knowledgeable. He knew I was a first-time RV owner so he explained things in ways I could understand. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!
Bought a 2020 camper from Camping World. Needed to get it winterized. Called CW and was told service dept would call me back. No call. Called the next day and was told she would make sure service would call me back. You guessed it. After 3 consecutive days of attempting to speak to someone in the service dept and never receiving a call back, I googled somewhere else to take it and came across Carolina RV. Even though they were booked well into next year for service, they told me to bring it in the next morning. They had me out in less than 45 minutes and were super courteous and friendly. I WILL NEVER step foot in CW again. I highly recommend Carolina RV!
I am sorry if your camper or RV needs service or repair, but if it does, this is the place to go. We thought we were up a creek when a branch went through the roof of our trailer. We though Cramping Earth (name changed to avoid litigation) was our only option, then a friend recommended Carolina RV and are we ever grateful. It took a minute to get in, they are very busy, but they are totally worth the wait. They set our expectations as to length of time and cost right up front, no bull here, no empty promises. We picked up our little trailer today (a couple of weeks early!!) and the repair is beautiful. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Even our insurance agent is happy. If your RV or camper needs service or repair Jimmy and his team at Carolina RV are there for you. I am sorry for you, but call them and you will feel better!
I can’t say enough about how wonderful this business is. They worked me in very quickly for a water leak last week as I had a camping trip coming up. They fully explained everything they were doing and went above and beyond. The bottom line is I trust them and will continue to use them for all coach needs.
