We started looking for an RV 3 years ago. One of the first places we went was Miles RV. They had good reviews. We were shown several models and we're not given the pressure to buy that places like Campers World employ. Fast-forward to today. We drove up to see the model we were interested in. Richard went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered. Long story short, we pick up our new RV tomorrow. If you are considering an RV and are in the region (we drove up from Charleston, SC), definitely give Miles RV a look.

We had an incredible experience with our purchase of our Jayco from Miles RV. It’s so refreshing to have the owner of the business literally working with us side by side the entire way. This isn’t a high pressure, big box RV store. I can’t think of any other dealership where you get the personal cell phone number of the owner. I simply can’t say enough about how great our experience was. Thanks Kelly and thanks to all your staff for making us feel welcome.

Richard at Miles RV was super friendly and helpful. Had been eyeballing a very specific model of camper trailer, and he called as soon as they had available stock. Made a very comfortable, no-pressure environment which was much appreciated. Was my first time towing anything and they made me feel comfortable and confident leaving the lot. Just got back from our first camping trip and have absolutely no regrets.

Excellent service and offered a fair price right off the bat. Their techs caught an issue with our tow vehicle and fixed it on the spot before we pulled off the lot. Great experience.
