I wanted to take a moment to thank Jessica and Mary for making my auto loan experience very easy and painless. They were both so helpful and kind regarding all my questions/hesitations. I have banked here for the last 10 years and enjoy my experiences and most of the people employed here!
If I could give no stars I would. Everytime they can't answer a question they hang up. They say they cannot give you transaction information for your account. Every issue is blamed on user error and they don't know their own online system well enough to answer questions about it. No one in either branch could explain how their overdraft fee or bill payment process works. I've been with this bank for almost 4 years and I'm moving my business elsewhere. I've given multiple chances and each time the staff proves more incompetent.
Great rate for my car loan. Always professional service. The only negative thing is that I can not easily pay my bill online. I will be charged a ridiculous fee to pay with a card. Seems quite antiquated.
I have had the pleasure of meeting several of the employees with Champion Credit Union and I have to say that I haven't met 1 bad apple. They all have high quality of customer service and follow through is top notch. I've opened up an account with 3% interest which I couldn't find anywhere else. So glad to finally feel that my money might have some value!
A great experience from start to finish. The ladies I worked with were very Professional and Knowledgeable about their services. Offered Fast, convenient, and friendly service. Overall an amazing experience!
