I haven't been back to Napowan since 1997 when I was on staff in Flintlock. Glad to see all of the pictures of the new updates there. I will have to try and make it up there next staff reunion.

Great camp! Recommend. Staff are great, and care about this camp. They are very enthusiastic and consider this a dream job they would work long hours for free. The staff are happy, and will help whenever you ask

My son would always rave about Camp Napowan whenever he returned from his annual pilgrimage so I had to go see what all the hoopla was about and I was very impressed. They do a great job of giving the scouts a chance to explore the different activities they have to offer while also providing structure and direction. It's a perfect blend of responsibility and privilege for an young adolescent and after attending camp with my son, I quickly understood why it was his favorite destination!nThey do an excellent job of blending activities to different interests as well and you can tell that they listen to feedback and make continuous improvements while at the same time keeping the programs that have shown sustained success.nIf your scout is interested in attending Lakota, give it a look because while it may be something new, it will quickly become a favorite of your scout and if you get a chance to tag along one year, make sure you take advantage of that as well.nWell done Camp Napowan!

Always a fun place to go and to staff, wonderful woods, amazing Aquatics areas, fantastic nature, and great programs
