We placed an online order at 6:48, it says it would be ready at 7:48. We came to pick up around 7:40. We waited 10 minutes or so. We checked with the hostess and she told us it would be another 10-15 minutes. We took a seat and waited. 15 minutes went by the hostess assured us only another 10 minutes. We waited another 15. Another employee asked us what we were waiting for. We explained our order and she said she would personally go back and make our food. She said it would only take her 5 minutes. We said thank you and she left. She seemed to be taking phone calls. We watched as she and the hostess walked past us, avoiding eye contact. We approached her again and she promised us the owner was making our food now. We waited as 2 more to go orders were picked up. We waited a full 2 and a half hours. 1 hour at home and and hour and half at the restaurant before we finally just asked for our money back. We watched as people walked in off the street, placed their orders, ate their food, and left while we waited. We never had an issue at the old el burrito. The employee who told us that she would make our food and that the owner was making our food told us that their online ordering system was malfunctioning. If this were the case we should have been told up front, not a continuous line of 10-15 minutes.

My family loves this place.. they really get to know their customers. If a mistake is made then you will become the kitchen, chef and MANAGERS # 1 priority. It was the first REAL restaurant in the area that made Birthday's parties with a casual, come as your are. They accommodate a one person's special food to the acasual corporate event!!!

2021 updatenOrdered online for the first time. It was fairly easy to navigate the online ordering process. I ordered 6 tacos a quesadilla and chimichanga. All the food was good with nice size portions. I wish I ate this at the restaurant because I love my food steaming hot. I was a little late picking it up the food was waiting it wasn’t busy Ordered around 6:48 food was set to be ready at 7:27.nnFood is good never to busy when I go. I always have good service. Nice place to go out to on a week night if you feel like Mexican or you just don't feel like cooking this is a great pick.

Ordered food for 6 people. On one of the orders the lady told me that “a quesadilla looks like a burrito” which it DOES NOT. I know the difference between the both of them and they are not the same. The other order was a chicken taco, when my niece bit into it she bit a bone. The lady then told me over the phone that “a lot of people call and tell them that and that the chicken gets cleaned every morning as best as they can and some bone is left in it” Now I’ve eaten a lot of tacos and never have I once found a bone in them! I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone!
