I just want to say I’ve never been more satisfied than ever before. Today they went beyond helping someone that is handicapped, in a wheelchair and on oxygen. This company is the best and I will never go anywhere else to have anything done on my car. Thank you Robert Comer for going over and beyond for me. I will ever be grateful.
Amazing work for a great price and in an excellent time frame. I didn’t have an appointment but they managed to fit me in, get the right part needed to fix my car brought in same day, and had my car back to me in less than 24 hours. I will definitely be going back in the future and recommend this shop highly!
Always a great experience when I come here for service! Great pricing and the staff are wonderful and very helpful. My husband and I appreciate the honest work this business does And we always save money! Our vehicle is 13 years old with 147,000 miles and still running great with the services Harrell’s provide. We have taken 5 vehicles here; everything from a 20-year-old Chevy truck to a brand new Mercedes...this place is amazing! The people at the front desk are friendly and quick to help. The mechanics are highly knowledgeable and their high quality work speaks for itself. We’ve been going there for years and will continue to do so.
Harrell’s staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra distance to help a customer out. Services are done efficiently and price is usually on the advantage here for the customer. The staff is honest and not afraid to direct you to another shop if needed, always willing to work with you and explain everything.
