It was a very busy cookout during lunch and even late night around midnight. It has one drive through line. It also has a dining room option which not a lot of cookout's have. They have the walk-up option which i used today. It was hard to get into the cookout since it was so busy cars were in the road waiting to get in. Pretty fast service for being that busy. The best milkshakes you will find around.

How can I enjoy my lunch when I pull up to the driveway through window and see the employees having a full blown food fight? Food hitting the drive through window and all around then the guy at the drive through acts as if I didn't see the flying food land in my bag before he quickly picked it out. I'll never spend another dollar at cookout in oxford NC

I visited the cook out , located in Oxford,NC.nI ordered a cheddar burger, I asked April who was the cashier at the window and the young man working beside her , if it was cheddar sauce or real cheddar cheese on the burger. They lied saying it was real cheese , when in fact it was sauce. First I shouldn't have to pay a dollar extra for sauce, not even cheese, second tell customers the truth because I could of been allergic or something. Third, if you do not know what is on the sandwich take a second to go find out, don t just lie to people to keep the line moving!!!nSincerely, ud83dude21 unhappy!!
