Black's Tire & Auto Service

Service is slow. It would be one thing if this was a one time occurrence but it has been our experience every time. I understand waiting longer if you are a walk in but even when making an appointments for oil changes we have still waited 1-2 hours. Had an appointment this morning for 7:30am, at 9:30 truck still hadn't moved. Ended up leaving without service and wasting 2 hours of the morning. Was told that if it was brought back the next day it would be a priority. Why wasn't it a priority with an appt? Will not be back.

I come here to get my oil done all the time and I love it they give warm welcomes and always make sure my car is in great shape! Thankyou so much!!

Employees are friendly and professional. I had made an appointment for Friday morning, but Danielle was very kind to change the appointment to Thursday afternoon.

If I could give them 10 out of 5 I will do it. Everybody (Danny, Billy,Danielle)there is super nice. They got a great customer service. Their prices were wise. Beginning of today, I will shift all of my business to black’s tire (me and my family) .I appreciate everybody for their services.
