Up front honesty, there was 2 people running the entire establishment. It took entirely too long for me to receive my food. When asked to speak with manager,I was told they weren't available today. I understand if your busy and make a mistake but to have 1 order I would like to think my order would be correct. Nope,ordered an advertised deal and still had issues. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is bc I called the following day to make management aware of situations and was told if I came in I could get a full refund. I was asked if I wanted any food but after a brief discussion with myself, I decided it wasn't really worth it. Hardee's needs to step its game up
The was cold and old. Had a very hard time taking simple orders. We never go back there again. The worst fast-food place in the town. Need to be updated and upgraded.
One of the best burgers in town for the price. Friendly and fast service unlike other burger joints. You can actually see the real chairbroiled beef patty and not just bread. It changed my outlook about Hardee's.
Had 1/3 frisco. Very tasty
Used drive thru. Waited 3 minutes and no one spoke. I asked if anyone was there and received a sharp response I will be with you shortly. Asked for my order about 3 minutes later. I pulled ahead to wait for food and there were 2 card ahead. I could not see the cars from where I ordered. It would have been smarter to recognize the next person in line and reply I will be with you shortly.
