Service here was fine until a few months ago. I'm not sure what happened. The last few times I've been here it's taken 15-40 minutes to get a singular pizza. I guess I'm a slow learner.
We ordered online last night, waited the 14 minutes we were quoting before going to the store for pickup. We sat at the drive thru window for nearly 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged while the employees walked around and could clearly see us. When they did finally come to the window he told us part of out order was out of stock and when we asked to be refunded he acted like it was an inconvenience because he had to ask his manager to do it. They ended up giving us something else in its place. In all honesty if I hadn’t already paid online we would have left. We spent 20 minutes trying to pick up pizza we ordered long before getting there.
Food was fresh and hot
Good customer service and always fresh hot and ready & bead sticks. I can call and give my order and they will have it ready by the time I get there within 10 minutes. They Italian cheese bread are off the chain!
Standing here now waiting just to be served while employees slam dishes around. Another waives people off an attitude because he is to good to serve us. And a poor woman has been waiting for her refund for well over 15 min.And I guess the person in charge just cussed outAn employee for notAn employee for not taking orders and he just looked at us and said I can't your order. I just left there were 5 other people in front of me
