I used to love ordering from this place because it was convenient. There has been three times where they have canceled my order. This last time they didn’t even call me to tell me they canceled my online order. They do not answer the phone. One time they acted like a 60 minute pick up time was good. They also had a 3 hour delivery time during that. Ridiculous that they treat their customers with such little respect.

What happened to the pan crust? It used to be like buttery toast. Pizza Hut USED to take pride in the pizza. Now, whenever I order, I always have to doctor the pizza up at home. This location does not deliver to my address(27292) The staff was nice, but I would not go back for nothingnud83dude12ud83cudf55

Delivery order said 50 min wait called at 2 hr mark for update on food when delivered it wasn't cut at all, did not have correct toppings/flavors like warm at best

Always great customer service with these guys. They had forgotten a pizza and remade it plus one!!!

We've ordered from this location for years but over the last few months, its really went down hill. Orders are always messed up, delivery times have been up to 2 hours and literally its impossible to get them to answer their phone at the store. Call always gets routed to call center. We have a credit and cant use it because we can't get the store to answer. We did order tonight but always have to do it online but after staying on hold for 35 mins for the call center ( whom couldnt get them answer either) . This will be the last time we order from them and we have the credit but can't use it so paying which is fine but Terrible customer service. Sad because this is the only pizza deliver place I like in this area.
