We love Baker Buffalo Creek! The owners are so welcoming and warm, it's like visiting family. The venue is spacious and lovely, with lots of covered outdoor seating. And the wines are just delicious, with a variety to please any palate! BBCW is a definite favorite well worth the pleasant drive to get there!
What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL place!! Plus the owners - Charles and Ann, were so delightful, and he gave us a full tour of the farm...MAGNIFICENT outdoor and/or covered wedding areas - OH, did I mention the 2-story party barn that looks like an amazing venue off a Hallmark Christmas movie? NOT TO MENTION the most AMAZING wines that would please ANY palate!! (I had never experienced a bourbon barrel or a brandy barrel finish like Charles can create, that he stated was made using fresh barrels...meaning they were filled with wine directly after the draining of the liquor that was created in them, giving a most AWESOME blended finish...a true delivery of a stronger 'hint' of the liquor in each finish - this is truly my new FAVORITE of wineries east to west coast!)
This place is absolutely gorgeous! The owners are so nice and helpful, and the wine is delicious. Definitely a great place to relax and hang out with friends.
The owner/wine maker is such a nice, outgoing guy. He made us feel right at home and showed us around his barrel aging room. The winery is set on a gorgeous farm with lots of outdoor seating. It would be a great rainy day trip too because a lot of the seating is covered. We had a bottle of a bourbon barrel aged red and it was so good. I definitely recommend this winery! ud83dude0e
Mr Edwards was informative and personable. Lots of history and friendly interaction. A great visit.
