It's not as good as I remembered but it was still good

Amazing as always a bit pricey but well worth it

Service was terribly slow. Took an hour to get food. Our appetizer was on the borderline of being burnt, pretzel bites shouldn’t be “hard.” Ordered beer three different times and it never came. Had to ask for refills on the drinks we did end up getting. Food was warm not hot when it came. Maybe it was an off night but I expect more from mellow mushroom.nnHow would you like me to send you my info? I don’t want to post contact publicly.

My handicapped wife and I entered without masks. First to defend them. We were politely told by a very nice hostess we could not enter. I was trying to help my wife with her balance so I did not tell the hostess at that time we were medically excused as I should have. I helped her back to the car. I went back in and asked the hostess to speak to a manager. The manager came out. Said she would seat us she was very nice and polite she explained the policy I explained my point of view as well. No problems yet. Now the owner showed up. She was immediately confrontational. She began yelling at me that she is tired of people like me with her hands on her hips. I explained at this point I'm not eating here anyway I just wanted to understand because I haven't had a problem anywhere else i told her i would take to yelp because of her attitude and then i stated to her that i dont know whether she cares or not about that but i will tell my story. She appeared to shake and turn red and yelled don't tell me what I care about I live here with my kids. I mean yelled. Everyone I could see in the restaurant was looking. I don't know if she had a breakdown or not. I wasn't sure if I should leave this or not because everyone that works for her we're professional and I would hate to take from there pockets and there food is delicious. But I will never go back.nnThank you for your response, you offered a seat because you said in a very nasty voice that you would seat us because you had better things to do my further comments will not be by email but public. I've already discussed this with my church and most of the people that attend. No one will be going back to your place unless you provide an apology. I was wrong by not saying we were exempt. My problem is not with your restaurant or your employees, it's with you. I live here too. I went next door we had no problem great service and ok food. Your attitude was unacceptable.

Super friendly staff. I am gluten-free. They did a fantastic job with meeting my needs and treating us with kindness and respect while observing Covid protocol.
