The Shift Leader Billy and his employees on the night 4/2/2021 was extremely rude. The burgers I order were tough and hard to eat. The order was 46.56 and the only item that was good was the chicken strips ,fries, and drinks. I called back at the restaurant he told me on the phone he would refund my whole order but he only refunded the money for the Really Big Harder. He wouldn't give me the number for the General Manager. He claimed I only wanted a free meal. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant.

WILL NOT BE BACK. BURGER WAS BURNT AND DRY. LEAF LETTUCE BIGGER THAN THE PATTY. SPOKE TO MANAGER ALL HE COULD DO WAS SAY THAT'S THE WAY THE LETTUCE IS PACKED FINE, BUT DID HE OFFER TO REPLACE MY MEAL...NOPE!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY THERE AGAIN

This is the only Hardee's in the area that can actually make a good burger I've been to the other two in the area and all their burgers were burnt. their fries were great there they weren't hard and cook to death I love this place I'll drive all the way from Granite just to go to this specific one

They were so very nice and everything. And they still sell me the happy meals!!
